What minik8e said - the person must be acceptable to both parents, or you can use an outside agency such as barnados (they cost $45 a visit, visiting parent pays). It's much better for the child if you can both agree on somebody. Just wanting to know if anyone knows if both parents have to agree on who the "supervisor" is if you ask the courts for this?
