Not that I dont know you, but ykwim.<br /><br />Just remember, if you are hot .. the baby is hot and although you can cool down during your workout by using a fan or aircon, the baby cant.  So just use common sense :) xx]]>

These days they just say to stay well hydrated and activity at the level your body is used to is fine, just don't do something new or more intense than you are used to.<br /><br />The situation you describe with having to return to exercise after injury is a bit different, but I think you should prob check with your midwife/doctor, but I'd say build up slowly to your previous level (or to what you are comfortable with)]]>

So watch out for that too.<br />I was told 150bpm was the max while pregnant.]]>
