Ive had it in baking and also taken the tablets... either is great! Well the powder tastes yuck by itself, in my opinion. But it's great in baking; I'll second that thought!

Personally I use it in baking (lactation cookies are the best, google if you havent got a recipe), and in muesli and the like.

Is it only advisable to take Brewers Yeast as the powder or can you take tablets? (which I have only just discovered you can buy)
