Have you talked to your midwife or GP about trying other medications as well? I ended up on a cocktail of drugs during my pregnancies.

Ice-blocks are your friend, especially if you are feeling nauseous when you feel peckish and you are trying to get some food sussed out for yourself, lollipops too. The sugar helps tide you over a bit (might pay to carry some boiled lollies or something with you). And if you think you will vomit, have a quick cup of water - it's much nicer throwing up water than anything else, or nothing at all (when I heard that I thought 'what a gross thing to do!' but it actually worked quite well).

I'm sure you probably know all the tips since you have had it in your previous pregnancies. But wanted to send u big hugs anyway, I will be thinking of you!

CONGRATULATIONS

I had a friend who reacted to it to. Causes shaking, anxiety, insomnia, depression, heart pulpitation and I couldn't be left alone without panicking. Thankfully that went away after stopping the meds, but still left very sick.

I'm sure since its your third you already know all the tips of eating early before getting up for the day etc.

Wish I had a magic cure for you

First time by the time I was 16 weeks I was starting to feel a bit better but 2nd time around I basically threw up for the entire 9 months (I think I had 1 month off at around xmas time- so 6ish months which was nice) and it started from 5 weeks. The first 12 weeks were the HARDEST, particuarly looking after a toddler...some days I could barely get out of bed let alone look after her as well. I was really glad that she was able to entertain herself quite well, while I lay on the couch.

I would love to have another child but the thought of being pregnant, looking after 2 kids and having hyperemesis really scaries me.
