Since then though, they have generally been pretty similar to pre-Campbell AF's, except a little less painful on average.
Hope this is a one-off for you, and that its not an indication of the endo coming back.

Just a bit of spotting over 3 days and that was it. No pain at all..... hopefully it's not the calm before the storm! My AF pre pregnancy was all over the show, sometimes I'd get it once a month, then other times it wouldn't come back for 3 months but then it would last 3wks. Hopefully it sorts itself out now

As background, I had an op for endo just before we conceived Jacob, and they cleared quite a lot out. I'd been having painful periods before that, but never got to see if the op stopped the pain, because I got UTD before my next AF even. But this one was one of the worst I've had, I couldn't even think about sleeping one night.

I'm not too fussed about the pain, honestly, but I'm a bit worried that my endo has come back since he was born or something? What was your AF like first cycle after a baby, is a more painful one a normal thing while your body gets used to the process again? (I'm hoping so...!)
