Mw said 1 cup a day at 37 weeks and can up to 2 cups at 39 weeks... 3 cups at 40 weeks etc but she said women often had the misconception that it would help put them in labour and get upset when they went overdue... <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />I think from memory people in my DD thread were drinking it earlier that 36 weeks. ]]>

Is it after the first trimester or not until the third? Want to give some as a gift to a tea-loving newly pregnant friend. Someone gave me some tea called 'mother-to-be tea' which was in a fancy box and was a mix of rasberry, peppermint, ginger etc does anyone know where i might find that? Something a bit fancier then just plain rasberry leaf tea! ]]>
