YMMV, though, I always imagined apples would be great (given the upset tummies I'd get as a kid from gorging on them!)

Jacob went 18 days with only one teeny poo, and even then although they prescribed him medicine the Dr wasn't too worried or anything.

I found warming the water up a wee bit used to work when they were little. Tricked them into thinking they were getting formula lol. Well until they realised it didn't taste like formula

As long as you keep trying so she gets used to it!

I would just try and avoid giving her things that are known to cause constipation (e.g. bananas). And remember, frequency alone doesn't indicate constipation. Her system might still be getting used to solids, and I think it only really counts as constipation if the poos are like hard pellets (and babies strain sometimes even when they have soft poos, so that alone isn't a sign either). Two poos in a week is not bad, as long as they're soft. Chloe used to poo like five times a day, but now that she's on solids she goes every couple of days or so.

It's pretty normal, so I wouldn't stress too much about it. Just keep trying with the water.

Perhaps you can put in a squeeze of lemon or lime juice to make it flavoured water. I just made sure I was giving him lots of foods good for preventing constipation (he had pears with everything) and prune juice every so often (which he quite liked). He's starting to drink more water now, I think he just wasn't ready. He seemed to get all the liquid he needed from breastmilk.

Unless she's bottle-fed? I guess then you'd probably need to make sure she has some, but I don't have any suggestions sorry
