When you pick her up try burping again, apparently the squirming on the tum helps break up wind bubbles. He got way more efficient at bringing up his wind at about 6 weeks though and we hardly have any windy problems anymore - the end may be near! Other then that watch your diet, oily food, milk, onions, spicey food etc all got to him.

Have resorted to Gripe Water every now and then and even caved and bought a bottle of Infacol (but haven't used it yet). I noticed on the Infacol bottle that the dosage starts from 1month+. Is 3 weeks old too early to use it??
We have been to the osteopath and have a follow up appointment next week.
Spoke to my midwife but felt she didn't believe me when I said DD was windy and that I really had to work hard to get her wind up. Thank you for all your suggestions.

Have cut out windy foods and, after speaking to a good friend, have got on to fennel tablets. Taken 3 times a day with food they are said to relieve colic in babies and aid in digestion! Not sure if it's a combination of these plus a few different winding techniques but seems we are getting on top of it. Still have the odd gripey time but she seems a lot easier to wind.

Also - if you can hack it drink lots of peppermint tea and chamomile tea yourself. We actually started sleeping our wee man on his tummy from about 8 weeks which also did wonders (controversial i know....) we have an angel care monitor and hes pretty strong in the neck. Unwrapped of course! Our Osteo said its the best thing cause it stretches out tummy and massages air out.
