I've had the brown only very very small amounts for the past maybe 3 weeks had scans and bloods and they can't find anything wrong. Told me not to worry but it's so worrying. I did have red bleeding about 3.5 weeks ago aswell and went to a and e after that the brown started. Hey,

I had a small bleed at 6 weeks. Thought it was the start of a miscarriage but it stopped and I am currently 19 weeks with both scans showing a healthy pregnancy.

After I had the bleeding I had weekly blood test's for a few weeks to see if HCG was rising but didn't get a scan until 12 weeks.

Hey,

I have had bleeding with all 3 of my pregnancies, my first was sadly a m/c, but my second I bled at 5 weeks through to 7 weeks, pink first then just brown stuff, had a scan and it was all fine(he's now nearly 3), my third I bled from 6 weeks, pink stuff then pink/brown, then I got cramps and had red blood quite heavy, thought for sure it was a m/c but the scan showed a healthy 8 weeks along bub!(she is now 19 months!)

I know its scary when you see blood, whether it be brown or red or pink, but it doesn't always mean anything bad I hope yours stops soon!

ETA- with my daughter it was a small hemorrhage under the pregnancy sac, and with my son they couldn't find any reason for the bleeding.

I had this with DS1 from around 5wks to 11wks. I had a couple of scans to see if he was OK and he was. They think it was a small tear in the placenta. Anyway he is now a healthy almost-5 yr old

I had brown "sludgy stuff" at both 5 and 7 weeks with #2. He's 9 months tomorrow and in the 85th% for height and 50th% for height

im 7 weeks and i have been spotting brown, very lightly no pain or prob, i have talked with my midwife and she gave me reasons for this and just said it would be fine as long as it didnt get heavy and as long as i didnt hav cramps and pain. i have a appt with her and a dating scan the week after next. i even have a friend who is now 25 weeks and said she had the same and has a very healthy baby, but i cant help but worry... has anyone else had anything like this.....
