My sister was put on bed rest for cramping in her first trimester, she now has 2 beautiful 19mth girls sometimes its better to play is safer

My sister is currently 10 going on 11 weeks pregnancy (high risk) and is now experiencing quite bad cramping and bleeding (although the bleeding she has had off an on through out) She had a scan yesterday and baby seemed alright but OB is worried about cramping still and she is on home rest. Has anyone experienced something similar to this and its been alright?
