I love my midwife to pieces..  Elizabeth Clink www.safe-hands.co.nz      I'm not sure she does homebirths though... She's an independent midwife, but runs clinics out of the Domino Midwives rooms, which are the Linwood Ave end of Worcester St. And in saying that, I guess there's the Domino Midwives too...

I'm sure I remember seeing a homebirth group of midwives when I was searching for a midwife.. If you google homebirth midwives in Chch they would probably come up..

Hi Bodge - my MW, Wendy Walton from midwifery associates was wonderful. I don't know if she does home birth, but you could talk to her about that. I honestly can't recommend her highly enough ... help!!! can anyone recommend a a midwife in the east of CHCH. Im thinking if all goes well, of maybe doing a homebirth but don't want to be pressured into it. Can anyone give me any suggestions of both homebirth and hospital midwifes. The list they gave me is just so long and doesnt really say much about the midwife.
