So DS pretty much weaned himself.]]>

If he s tired he ll sleep till midnight before swaddling him again and I not so tired he won't even go to sleep without it... So we ll just keep trying till we get there... Though lol just had a thought .. We don't really want to be swaddlin both the newborn and ds atthe same time come march!! ]]>

It'll be fine as long as its ok for you and safe.  They all have their own way and timing for doing things.<img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"> ]]>

I had to wean Jacob cold turkey because he started rolling on his front and not being able to get his face off the mattress when he was younger, but a 9-month-old wouldn't struggle with that. It will be a battle now, why fight it if there's no real need to? There's a chance it could be a battle later when he's a bit older and needs to ditch it for some reason - but there's a chance he'll just give it up happily then too, I'd try for that!]]>

(minus the legs)<br /><br />soo my question is do i really need to wean him, will he just magically grow out of it one day?? (im hoping for this one), or do i need do something? if so whats the best way to wean?]]>
