I didn't have my next period until 6 weeks later. And then I counted from that as you would. I skipped that month just to see if the cycle length was back to normal and got pregnant the month thereafter. So be patient with yourself and your body.

I have had 3 miscarriages and my cycle has gone straight back to normal each time, although I can't say if that is normal or not. That is, I have had my period 28 days after the miscarriage. You might need a few ovulation strips as I know many women can have 5 or 6 weeks before they get they next period. If you check for EWCM I find that can help give you an idea as to when to start using your ov strips.

Good luck!

I didn't get preg my first cycle after my m/c but got preg the second one.

I found that I had normal ov signs the first month, the second month I completely missed everything & hello got pregnant so it was completely up the loop.

I also had a slightly longer cycle than normal but my LP was still the same.

And I've heard that Ov can be a bit random for that first month. So I'm thinking about using ov tests to figure out when thats happening.
Would I need to buy quite a lot of strips as I could be testing for a long time?
I just don't want to miss my opportunity this month due to not knowing what's going on.
