Still had build up for a day or so but then it went away. ]]>

Not sure how old your baby is though - I think that advice was more for babies 6months plus?]]>

If you pump, only ever remove the smallest amount you can until you feel comfortable. <br />I took sage tea when I had a mega over-supply and that helped heaps, so worth a try too.]]>
