That's more than I saw at my 6 week scan! There was nothing baby like at all, just a little black circle. We were told to come back in 2 weeks for another scan because it would be more visible then.

It looks just like my little bub did at my scan at 6w1d (scan dates), except mine was flickering with a heartbeat. (my scan with DS2 at 6weeks showed no heartbeat though at that time)

Yeah same here, I assumed I was about 8 weeks and was expecting to see a flicker of a heartbeat, but the scan would have put my first BFP at about 9DPO and it was nice and dark and on an Internet cheapie. lol, well if Darian's scans are to be believed, I started getting bfp's at 7dpo, with strong line at 11dpo for D! Hmm i thought i was at least 7 weeks going by LMP and AF was well late aaaand it was a super dark line. If it is earlier than 6 weeks then i mustv'e tested super early? Im confused. Yes babykat it seems you do! It was like not even a month trying. Just came off the pill to regulate things and with our problems obviously didnt plan it to happen straight away. So i wasnt looking out for ov or anything. I just know that it had been nearly 6 weeks since my last AF and i was super nauseous.

Also ETA it was a tummy scan and dildo cam but it didnt show much difference. I hate waiting!

Looks like the scan I had with this one at about 5 weeks. All the sonographer could see was my uterus, the yolk sac and he also checked out my tubes.

Looks just like my 5w4d scan. Dont forget that at such an early stage even 1mm can mean a few extra days either side. Sonographer told me at my first scan with Jae that around 5-6w the sac looks a little like a sac within a sac, the outer one becomes the placenta, the other is the 'baby-to-be'. I went back 10 days later and we could see the tiniest little dot flicking away - the heartbeat. Oh and even when charting (and therefore knowing ov date) there can be a couple of days discrepancy as ov day doesnt necessarily mean conception date

I was just wondering if anyone knows what they are looking at in these pics? The sonographer was very vague and i think there's just a yolk sac in there. And it put me at 6w0d
Do they look normal or is it going to be bad? I have no idea what im looking at in them. I got about 9 other pics that are just a black sac but these ones showed something.
Oh and the sonographer said to 'come back in a couple of weeks to see if anything has grown'
Any help would be great
