massive hugs confused,the 1st time i had dnc was weird when i woke up too. fingers crossed you recover mentally and physically. Good luck with the future. Remember there are support groups out there if you need to talk to anyone. Sands is really good and inspired by jack and william website forum.

Hi guys just an update we had a d n c on friday very sad was so scary they completely put you under it hasnt really hit me to it had finished the nurse woke me up and said wake up its all over i just burst into tears.. was sent home later that evening not much bleeding but alot of cramping nurse said my levels will be below 0 within two weeks and my bleeding shouldnt last any longer than 14 days which i think will stop soon as not really bleeding feeling it today though stoped and really thought wow im not pregnant anymore so sad i will try again but will take it easy this time try and let it happen when it happen have doc visit tomoro to explain to my doctor and see if i can get some meds so i dont come crashing down trying to deal with it but its so hard.. :( GOOD LUCK evryone wishing eveyone a merry xmas and the best of luck with the future

i just wonted it so bad and with the weeks going by and all the bad news i feel i am more focused on moving on and forward i feel maybe now i wont be so baby baby and will happen sooner as it took us so long i feel maybe this is gods way of saying i need to slow down and focus on other things in life and ill have a lil bundle of joy when the times right i feel maybe once we have had our d and c i might not be so focused on having a baby and will happen unexpected instead of me 100% focused and getting up set when it dosent happen will let everyone know when i am having it and the results after as it will get sent of and examed

had my scan still nothing am 9 weeks this week levels still going up nurse reakons that i keep getting a blood test every three days and that i should naturally miscarry soon if not within a 2 week period another scan then a d and c most likey there be no change as im cramping alot but no bleeding at the stage where my hopes have gone and wish was over so can move on and try.. to have a healthy pregnancy...

they are just jumping to theres no baby this is the scanners not midwife im not giving up till i hear what the hospital have to say and im alil further on .. i will only be 8 weeks with this scan on wednesday

Just so you know, it can take up to 4 days in some cases for the amounts to double. I am one of those. My early numbers rise quite slowly. Also it is posible not to see anything on a scan for a while. Did they do an internal scan? The hard thing with the levels is that 'normal' for the amount of weeks is a huge range.

What were your last 2 levels and how far in between are they?
BasICALLY epac will monitor you to determine what is going on, it's just a specialist team really.

My midwife has said if hcg levels are lowered that i will need a d n c which i didnt have last time... am so scared and dont know what to do if my levels are rising my midwife said ill have to have another u/s in a week if my levels are rising have had nothing but bad news and bad luck.. the reading i have done has given me hope but only if my levels are rising am so nervous took over a year to get pregnant again and three year before that.. its so hard not to stress and get your hopes up when you really want something so bad... Hi

well i am ment to be 7 weeks 1 day today, I found out i was pregnant three weeks ago and went and seen a midwife i have already had a miscarry at 7 weeks one year ago.. so i was really nerverous we did blood works and came back pregnant and everything okay HCG levels going up so i went for my first scan and they couldnt see a baby just an empty sac they said i was 5 weeks they also found a cypt but arnt concerned yet.. and asked me to come back in two weeks my midwife did blood work over the two weeks to check my HCG levels which were rising for the stage of pregnancy so we went for the second scan today which would make me 7 weeks and the same thing they couldnt see a baby or anything only the sac which has grown to the ammount of weeks i would be really concerned as i have had no bleeding morning sickness tender breats the o/s did not rule out miscarry and ruled out tubal pregnancy but are concered not seeing the baby they said it may be a pregnancy that hasnt formed and not come away i went striaght in to have hcg blood work and get results tomoro am so scared as i have already had one miscarry was horrible and really want this baby has anyone got any advice i had light bleeding leading up to my last miscarry and nothing this time everything has been going fine apart from slight cramping have been doing reshearch and there has been cases where they cant see your baby and your hcg levels are rising and you cant see untill later on i dont know what to tink not really getting the answers i need so confused ]]> Wed, 30 Nov 2011 23:24:27 +0000 https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=41096&PID=1412654&title=pregnancy-issue#1412654
