I'd say soon TP. Was drinking it from 36 weeks. I drank raspberry leaf tea from 31 weeks (on midwife's advice) and my birth was quite good - bubs was posterior and it was only 3 hours from 3cm - him arriving and three pushes! Will definitely be taking it this time around too!

Not sure about raspberry leaf tea but I have started to drink Artemis preganacy tea which is safe from 5months onwards. I have heard it is fine 36 weeks and on.

Hi girls

I'm nearly 35 weeks with baby number 2, wondering when people started drinking raspberry leaf tea, or any other stuff supposedly helpful for preparing for labour? I didn't do anything last time, and had to be induced at 42 weeks so I'm keen to try anything that might be helpful to go into labour naturally.
