Hi, I also started at 2dpo but agree it may depend on why you require them. I also have a question though. How long after stopping the pessaries should AF arrive? I was told 2 days but almost 4 days later no sign of her. Is this normal? I have a very short luteal phase (7 days) and start them from 2 days after ovulation. I started them 7 days post ovulation. I had recurrent mc's though and started spotting before my period was due even when utd which is why I started the pessaries early. I had to do a BT on Cd28 to see if I was pg and if not them stop them as you don't get your period when taking them.
