We were told that any money we missed out on leading up to him getting an IRD number we would recieve back at the end of the tax year.

Just wondering, has anyone had this happen and does the IRD just do it automatically from their end ? Or is there a form that I will have to fill in on their website closer to the time?? I use online services if that makes a difference.

Thanks for any help!! As I sad I tried to ring and ask them using their email help but no one has been very helpful lol.
