Some are of varying lengths like 10 minutes, which is great with having a newborn. You just have to do a search.<br /><br />Basically, healthy eating, toning exercises and cardio e.g. walking will help help you get back in shape.  ]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=20127">BugTeeny</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 41724<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14 March 2012 at 5:17pm<br /><br />I second what SethsMama said.<br />I walk daily and it definitely helped.<br />I only gained 7kg during both of my pregnancies, but I lost about 15kg after each within a couple of months. 5kg dropped straight after birth, and a further 10 by 2 hourly BF'ing (and not a lot of sleep <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> )<br />I walk about 5km a day (in bursts - we live 10 mins walk from kindy). It keeps the jiggly bits at bay <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by MamaPickle</span>]]>

Although I put on 19.2kgs I need any advise for safely getting rid of that 19.2 maybe plus some as i was a bit over weight to start off with <br /><br />I know that breastfeeding helps and I shouldn't exert myself but if anyone has any ideas that would be awesome. <br /><br />Cheers in advance]]>
