We used them and it was free delivery in Auckland which was great but we also had issues with the courier company. We were home all morning yet recieved a "call card" to arrange either redelivery or pick up from the courier depot.

B rang them to get them to come back with our delivery as we were at home!! They got the courier driver on the line and we were told we had 2 big dogs on our property! Now I know at least one of our cats will love you to death and all three are a vocal lot but dogs?? When did we get dogs??? *sigh*

Has anyone ordered nappies through this website and been able to pick them up in Wellington?? All I can read on their website is that there is an Auckland pick up in Mt Wellington but nothing about the rest of their stores around New Zealand.
