My boy has been prone to foreskin infections when his nappyrash is bad.Its getting better with age, but he had a lot when little. Sudocream and fresh air is good but get it checked by a doctor if it doesnt clear in a few days. My boy needed several courses of antibiotics over his first 18 months.

Yup, nappy rash. just noticed befor that my 4 month old is red around the tip of his penis, it's not bothering him when he pees and there's no blood or puss coming out etc, anyone know what it could be? If it is just nappy rash would it be ok to put sudocream on it? Or should I just leave it alone and see if it heals on its own?
