The carriers are more ergonomic than just lugging them around which I do without even considering it. <br /><br />It might be considered the same as exercise. As much as I'd love an excuse to buy a new carrier <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> it's really not in the budget right now, but don't want to stop carrying Josh (22 months) if I can help it!  I've got a pouch sling and a woven wrap too, but find him a bit heavy (and fidgety) to use either of those atm.<br /><br />Any ideas/tips much appreciated!]]>
