Sounds like what happened to DS when he had bad nappy rash during teething. I haven't had this happen before, though we also haven't dealt with bad nappy rash either. Are you still using the cream? Maybe give him a few days without it and see what happens - it could be just part of the healing process.

Hi there

My 8 month old had bad nappy rash a couple of days ago so i started using daktozin, the rash has gotten better but now his bum is very dry and peeling a little, is this just what happens after a bad case of nappy rash or something else?
