Julie I think you should be ok. Have a look at the south Australia gove website as they do have different laws for different states. But if you can't work there is so much to do in south Australia - vineyards are a big thing there and you could walk through all of them and do heaps of sampling. And they always need people to pick the grapes and you get paid mega bucks for doing it over there and the thing about the baby and then you get $7000 is true but I didn't think it was that much $$ I thought it was closer to $5000 but with other things on top of that it could add up to $7000 or even more, that is a federal thing so the Australian government website would have that info.
