St John's wort does interact with the ocP and can mlessen it's effect, it also interacts with a lot of other drugs too.

Hi was wondering if anyone has tried this and if it helped or if there was any side effects, my midwife suggested it to me (im not BF) to take as feel a bit down and depressed :-(
