One of the better things you could take is just echinacia as it helps prevent colds etc. <br />Unfortunately though its getting all this yucky sickness that will build up your immune system in the end. You'll find in a year you will hardly ever be sick. ]]>

I have come back into teaching in the last couple of months after 2 years at home and since I have been back I have been sick constantly, and badly. I am really struggling with it. I am wondering if anyone has any tips on how to build up your immune system, or if any teachers have been through this and come out the other side? <br /><br />I have done a bit of research and I have just started taking a zinc, garlic, vitamin c and echinacea supplement, I got some blis k12 throat guard as I keep getting bugs that make me lose my voice, and taking a zinc and b12 supplement. Was considering getting some probiotics as well. But there are so many things to choose from I really don't know. <br /><br />Any tips? I am also trying to eat as well as possible, fresh meat and veges etc.]]>
