Hugs to you. Sadly it is normal for alot of women to deal with what you are going through . There are things you can take to help though. Have you seen a midwife yet? If you have one it might pay to ring them and ask for some help. Yep sounds just like me. I had to leave work early most days to go home to bed and I had all day nausea for 19 weeks. The only time I didn't feel sick was when I was asleep.

I was so hungry in the first trimester that I had to eat huge amounts ALL day but still lost weight. I put it down to the fact I was having twins (but only found that out at 12 weeks).

Hi,

I've never joined a forum before but I am 7 weeks pregnant with my first baby and wondering if my experience is normal! I have suffered extreme fatigue for the last 2 weeks, so much that I have had to take days off work to sleep and it's now Sunday and for the second weekend in a row have hardly got out of bed all weekend(I'm struggling even to type now lol). I'm lucky my partner has been around to do housework and feed me lol. I doubt I'll be able to make it to work much this week (which I can't afford to do!) My iron tests came back normal so it's not that. I guess I would like to feel like other perhaps extreme the same level???

I also have really bad nausea. I use seasickness pressure point wrist bands, take ginger pills religiously, eat plain crackers within a minute of waking in the morn, and try to eat a lot of small meals and still feel unwell from morning to evening (sometimes better at night). I've had my first scan and all looks healthy...
