I use one of the Ideos ones and it's ok, it does what you need. My partner has a samsung galaxy Y, which is the mini-version of the Galaxy. Has wifi and android, with all the apps etc, but only cost him $179. The camera's really good, but obviously not as good as you'd get from an expensive smartphone.

What sort of things do you want on it?
