What Baby Factory did you use to get fitted? We purchased a Safe and Sound Royale from Onehunga and the woman/manager there didn't know if the bolt in our car was an anchor bolt and then couldn't fit it. We had already purchased seat with discussion they would fit. Then advised us to go elsewhere and pay $35 to have someone else fit it. CRAZY! Was going to buy carseat number 2 from there but think I'll head somewhere else. VERY annoyed that have new carseat but redundant as sitting in spare room. Argh!

Edited by Snelson - 25 January 2013 at 10:13pm

We spent a morning fitting and testing all the models at our local baby factory, they are so helpful (we were a little painful) but we wanted it to fit our baby and vehical. Both my husband and I have double cab utes so size was a big issue. We definately give it 5 stars!
