I think your links are broken - they're 'mailto' links but I suspect you're trying to link to a page?

Also, for what the feedback is worth, I like to know what the information I'm giving will be used for and whether people have ethics approval etc before I fill in a survey like that... could be worth adding that?

There are two surveys being done at the moment to help understand what Postnatal Depression is like for mums in New Zealand. At present there is no official research being done on PND in New Zealand so please contribute to these surveys and pass the links on to any friends/family members you know who currently have PND or have had PND in the recent past - ie. past 5 years:
