As it gives them practice and it saves you money and there is always a tutor around to ensure it's done properly.

That way, it gets done properly and saves you money if you don't want to spend over $100 at the hairdresser.

If I had a client in your situation I would want to know how many times they have coloured their hair and what colours. If there is a lot of colour build upthen it will probably need to be stripped out. Or if you don't mind going lighter gradually, you could just have your hair foiled a few times. I do suggest going to a salon to get any of these done. Also suggest not doing thhis at home

My hair is dyed medium brown.

I want to go back to being a dark blonde colour. I want to attempt to do this myself.

Do I need to strip out the existing colour in my hair, then colour with a blonde?

Or is there any product that can lighten over my existing dye? From what Ive researched probably not aye- as dyed hair can't be lightened without stripping or bleaching is that right?

Any advice on how to go about this/products to use appreciated. Thanks!
