I dont think they are essential either but if you wanted to stickers are good and you can get them from the $2 shops or those stick on tattoos. Warehouse and Spotlight do packs of stuff for goody bags too. We're living in Canada at the moment and they seem to be the done thing here. My wee girl once got a goodie bag that I would have been happy to receive as a gift. We don't do goody bags at our parties - I figure parties are expensive enough! If I were going to, I'd send them home with a piece of birthday cake and a balloon or two. Hi There

I am organising my sons 1st birthday party and I have no idea what to put in the kids goody bags.. bearing in mind that the ages range from 2 weeks old to 7 years..! Obviously I don't want to spend a lot but it would be great to hear some ideas.
