DO NOT USE TRACEY GOFF! I had developed pre-eclampsia and was first pregnancy, the trainee midwife working with her diagnosed me, tracey was so lazy she missed so many appointments and didnt take my symptoms or concrens seriously. I should not have been allowed to go full term but i did and then she didnt check my urine or blood pressure not once while I was in labour, I ended up in a critical condition and nearly died giving birth - thank god for the hospital team. I also had meconium in my waters, showed her my pad and she said 'thats normal' - it wasnt! I had Katrina Symes with Cathy Symes as backup- she was at end of birth and a couple of home visits.

There is a list on mamaternity.co.nz that is pretty up to date with who has spaces.

My mw is homebirth only, and awesome. Hi there

Can anyone reccomend a midwife in Palmerston North. My midwife i used last time is not available and all the ones i have tried so far are booked up.

In particular has anyone used either Tracey Goff or Diane Lee?
