I have taken it on and off. Has helped regulate my cycles a bit but also makes my boobs ache all the time and gives me worse PMS. Hasn't helped conceive but then I could have other stuff going on preventing that. Thanks, yeah I've been taking it for a month now along with elevit and fish oil, so we will see if it does anything. I have regular cycles at the moment so i don't want the Vitex to interfere . People have told me it can.

I took it TTC#1 for 2 months, second month i got pregnant :)
Its said to sway girls also not sure if thats true though, i was also on B6 and using Forlife lube so could have been a mix of anything but i was taking it when i got UTD

Hi ladies,
Vitex - a herbal based tablet to help with fertility. I have heard of conflicting advice on whether it actually helps to fall pregnant. I am struggling to fall pregnant again after having my daughter 3 yrs ago. Have suffered 3 miscarriages too so any advice would be fantastic.
