My #1 was 7lb (40+1) and #2 was 8lb (40+4), but I don't think it's a given that subsequent babies are bigger. I think the trend is for babies to get bigger- generally speaking. Not an absolute though of course. Birth also tends to get quicker as a rule. Last one was 2 hours lol so wondering what #3 will be! Subsequent babies don't always get bigger. There are so many factors at play! My first was 9lb2oz and they got smaller with each baby (I've had three). I wouldn't worry too much. First was 8lb 9oz, second was 9lb 6oz and this one is measuring larger still LOL. I'm fully expecting this baby to be at least the same weight as #2 was and quite possibly bigger again, given they're currently measuring above the 100th percentile Wink
 
BTW- growth scans can be very misleading, which is why I take them with a grain of salt. However they ought to give an indication at least of whether you're having a smaller or larger baby in general.
