Tinkerbell I always have an internal battle about whether to test or not. Like you, I enjoy the hope of being pregnant and scared of the BFN. But I would say test, then at least you know either way. I would test… if you are like clockwork the last 3 months then there is a good chance you are pregnant. And I know that if it was me I wouldn't be able to stop thinking about it and obsessing about it until I knew.

If your cycles have always been 26 days then you would probably get a positive HPT if you did one today which I am assuming is CD28? You are supposed to be able to get a positive from when AF is one day late but there are other reasons for AF to be late too. You basically have two options - wait and see or test and find out! :) Good luck! My husband and I have been ttc for the last few months. I have never kept track of my periods..they were usually around the time they were due. But i have been keeping track of them since been ttc and my whole cycle was last 26 days. Well if i go off 26 days then my period was due on tuesday and its thursday and still no sign of it. Do u think I should take a test? Im quite scared to incase I get a negative and waste my time testing.
