Canned salmon (higher on the food chain than tuna which may have high mercury levels, sardines are a good option too) I take soup and bread some days and I boil eggs (just make sure they are fully cooked) I love green apples with peanut butter on them (avoid this if you or DH have pent allergy) you could do almond butter or something similar. Gluten free pasta and sauce. salads in summer with apple cider vinegar as dressing. Those are a few options....

I've been doing cheese toasties, crisp bread with cream cheese, yoghurts and sometimes I bake pizza buns (can be made without meat), or bring soups. Just a bit more effort than before :)

I almost always pack my own lunch and our budget cant handle me buying it too often so I am looking for some great ideas to prevent me from having salad dressings, or any form of reheated meat or rice or anything else I am not meant to have. Your help is much appreciated
