I'm sorry to read that you have had a bad experience with Pamco. I would have to disagree with what you have written about the quality of their goods. I have been extremely satisfied with our cot, change table and bassinette that we purchased from them. Both the quality and service has been fantastic. Extremely disappointed with the total lack of any hint of customer service from this company. Purchased a change table as a gift for my niece which arrived damaged. After contacting the owner/manager to notify him the only correspondence was to offer to source paint to cover the scratches, dents, dings, etc... They then neglected to reply to any of our forms of communication until three weeks later when my husband finally spoke to him on the phone. The damage is not due to delivery/handling but is defective/damaged stock. The company refuses to admit this, and blames the courier company. If we had seen this item in a store we would not have purchased it and would have requested a new boxed item. The damage is similar to what you would see on a display model in a store. I WOULD BE EXTREMELY UNLIKELY TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.EVEN THOUGH THEY STATE THEY HAVE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IF NOT SATISFIED THEY WILL NOT HONOUR THIS. THEY ALSO NEGLECT TO MENTION! THAT ALTHOUGH THEY DENOUNCE MASS PRODUCED CHEAP! POOR QUALITY IMPORTS FROM CHINA! THEIR PRODUCTS ARE MADE CHEAPLY IN VIETNAM.
