Hi everyone

In the last six months or so my cycle has become ridiculous, stretching out to 38 days or so when I used to 28 days pretty much every single month.

I've heard Vitex can help with this and was wondering if anyone had any advice on taking it?

Any other advice/suggestions would be awesome as it's really starting to get to me :(
