I've used MFP before and I loved their program. I have heard of Vida from a friend and I think I will try their program because a friend told me that the coaches are very good in communicating with clients. Yes, I’ve been using Vida, there just launched recently but offer excellent health coaching services that have amazingly made me to lose a bunch of weight (about 15 pounds in 6 weeks). They set me up with a health coach to figure out my health goals, diet plans, and easy exercise routines. I have used My Fitness Pal for tracking Kj. I found it really great and any exercise you do can be entered and it shows Kj burned.
