To be honest I'm not sure where to start!

My partner & I have been looking into him getting a reversal through City Med. Is anyone else going through this process or has & what was your outcome? I'm trying my hardest not to get my hopes up as I should feel blessed that I have my son from a previous relationship anyway, but it's hard.
