I think the lady on that website www.peeonastick.com talks about $1 shop preggy tests (the american equivalent i guess) and she says they are as good as any.

Well I went in and me and my friend couldn't find them at the $2 shop (the original one). Becks I think preggy tests don't work properly on people who are over 10-12 weeks preg but can't remember the exact details.
