This is Mr & Mrs C. We are a couple with an Asian background now living in New Zealand. Since married two years ago, we had been looking forward to having our own child. However, it disappointed us over and over again. Early this year, with GP’s reference, my hubby did sperm test and found out we won’t be able to have our own children due to azoospermia my hubby has got. This smashed our original dream completely. But we have to face the fact and consider intrauterine insemination with donor sperm. However, Fertility Associates is really short of sperm resource, especially Asian sperm. To reach the top of sperm waiting list, we have to wait up to 18 months, which would be year 2017. I am nearly 34 years old now; the possibility for conception by the time will become technically very low. On the other side, we may not get the right sperm that we need because of our Asian background and small population of New Zealand. Our fertility councilor suggests find sperm by ourselves. So that’s why we post this article on the forum. Sorry if it disturbs anyone. We would be extremely grateful if someone watching this article could offer his help and meet these criteria as well:
1.     Asian Ethnic, Ancestry is Chinese/ Chinese-Taiwanese/Korean/Japanese
2.     No family history of genetic diseases
3.     drug free
4.     New Zealand residents( requested by Fertility Associates)
Will cover health check fee. If travel is needed, the fare will be covered as well.
