I got vitamenz on a really good special 20 something I think it was. Hi June, zinc and selenium are the main important vitamins in menevit and vitamenz. We switched to organic selenium and zinc to cut on cost. I was wondering is menevit improves the sperm quality and if yes what are the alternative for it. This one is kind of expensive around $90 fo 90 tab. My husband is taking multivitamin and mineral boost from Clinician.
