Hi, ttc 2nd baby and 43yo now, would appreciate any and all information out there. Really hadn't thought I'd have an opportunity to have a 2nd baby but here I am! We are not ready to consider IVF, nor do I think we have the money for a fertility specialist. What is available to us through the public system? Are there alternative options available to us other than IVF that might increase our chances? Any suggested articles on what might help us with conception?
