Which hasnt happened.
Blake has had two feeds of it every day - once after 9ish feed then one after 3ish feed.

I got the plain baby rice to start with ..now mixing it with Pureed Pears and doing apples this week... With Paige I did one new fruit/vege every week. Was easy to work out that way. I freeze the pureed stuff into ice cubes then out them into Glad Containers so easy to pull out.

You can also freeze the little tins of baby food fruit into ice cubes as well when you are first starting out as they only eat so little.

Best time to start new food is during the day so you can keep an eye on any reaction etc. And start with only 1-2 teaspoons after a breast/formula feed once a day and then gradually increase the quantity over a few days. Inroduce one new food every few days so bubs doesn't get confused and you can see how he reacts to different things.

That's all I can think of right now. The Karicare dietitians on their 0800 # have some great advice and will send you free samples of stuff.
