Hi Everyone, I have been following this forum for a while now and this is my first post. We have recently immigrated to NZ and we want to try again.

A bit of background:

I am 31 year old female - no fertility issues.
Husband is 34 and has teratozoospermia - last sperm test was in 2013 and he only had1% normal sperm cells.

We have done IUI 3 times and IVF with ICSI 3 times.

I honestly don't want to go that route again and want to try naturally. I know it can be done.

Do you have any tips or advice you can give, meds we can try, specially my husband.
