My boys are great eaters though so pretty sure he isn't suffering from a loss of appetite

Taine and Jake both love those rice cakes as well, but I kinda dust them off a lot as they have a ton of salt on them it seems.

the boys both eat lots of fruit - they love prunes and dates. Keep in mind Taine has about 7 teeth at present too. he LOVES mango slices- they are mushy and nice to eat independantly.
Crush up about half of one in a bowl and mix hot water into it. Gosh I can smell it already That avoids giving her milk too early.

I found it easier at that age to give 'fingers' of toast because my girls always wanted to feed themselves. It's a lot cleaner!

Did you want to know about dinner things as well? Or just breakfast?

If there is no family history then small amounts at around the 8-9 month mark. There is some great food advice in the food pull out in the "Thriving Under Five" booklet, if you didnt get one the PDF is here
