My fps was near 100. My PC characteristics: win10, 500GB HDD, 4GB RAM, Intel core i3 with Intel VGA 620 graphics. If someone got worse results, you may try to optimize your PC with dedicated tools. You can find your best computer optimizer that may boost the performance of your machine. It helped me launch a lot of games and apps which requires more powerful PCs even for playing on low settings. I hope it will be useful for somebody!
